Christian Møller Andreasen
Founder
Christian Møller Andreasen is specialised in onshore renewable energy and real estate. With a background in real estate and seven years at top tier Danish law firms, he has worked exclusively with renewable energy investments and project development since 2020, as part of Denmark's leading team in the field.
Christian has advised on numerous investments and projects across solar, wind, battery storage and data centres, as well as bioenergy, Power-to-X and CC(U)S. He assists clients in taking a project from the first step, securing site control, through planning and permitting to ready to build, financing and commercial operation. He pushes projects forward through his experience in handling the many stakeholders involved in the development phase: landowners, neighbours, mortgagees, authorities and grid operators.
On the transaction side, Christian has a solid track record of deals involving both development projects and operating assets. He assists clients in structuring and executing renewable energy investments, including drafting and negotiating the key transaction agreements and all ancillary contracts: development and option agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, framework agreements and consultancy agreements.
In 2026 Christian founded OREX Partners to advise closer to the client, independently of any developer, investor or bank. He is based in Aarhus and works with clients across Denmark.
